The communication aspect is developed prior to maintenance taking place, and is specifically tailored to provide the client with feedback on a regular basis of weekly or monthly as required by the client, where information relating to all forms of maintenance and support can be monitored, and the management and Directors of the client will be fully conversant with the day to day operation of their buildings, to be fully aware of all issues, statutory obligations and financial controls.
