After some considerable time spent in developing the philosophy of the Company, PDL started to provide full services in the spring of 2006.

The Company was originally developed to provide corporate facilities management with both hard and soft services, with the ability to provide in-house skilled craftsmen and technicians for a broad range of maintenance services.

PDL has achieved its initial objectives, and is now in a strong position to offer its tested and proven services across a wider geographical area, for the benefit of other clients

The backbone of the company is drawn from experience within the Facilities Management and Services Maintenance Industry, with over 30 years experience within the industry, related to services, maintenance and construction.

The geographical location, just south of the City of Leicester, provided the ability to deliver our response times, and to be able to offer the savings that minimal travel affords.
